Please prepare these documents below before completing your media registration

• Letter of assignment from the editor/executive board of the media.
• A copy of passport– validity of passport must be at least six months.
• A copy of press card.
• Photo with white background in JPEG format (Size 4cm x 6cm, maximum 2 MB)
• List of Media equipment
• After completing the registration form, the approval will be sent by email in due course. Therefore, each applicant needs to provide a valid e-mail address.

 

A foreign Media from abroad will also need to submit information as follows:

• Travel information, which is proved by returned flight ticket, suggested in JPEG & PNG.
• Hotel accommodation during the stay in Laos, suggested in JPEG & PNG.
• List of equipment in JPEG & PNG.

 

An Official Media will also need to submit information as follows:

• Diplomatic note to register for Official Media (OM are official photographers and/or videographers of the Head of State/Government, Secretary General of the United Nations, Secretary General of ASEAN, or Head of Intergovernmental/International Organizations.), suggested in  JPEG & PNG.
